No counting calories or food measuring : It is always desirable to count the number of shifts an individual takes to get accustomed to the `Food Diet` that fancied him the most but there mustn’t be a specific calculation of undermining the amount of commodities you eat from dawn to dusk as `Dieting` itself has it’s own repercussions over the body. No separate long and frequent workouts : In order to have frequent work-outs for `Fat Loss, strength build-up, flexibility of muscles or Health conditioned issues. It is recommended that a simple 20-30 minutes of extreme workout is necessary at almost 2-3 weeks per week gives you maximum `Weight Loss` rather than depending yourself for more `Heavy born work-outs`!

No super-human willpower necessary : To exercise moderately in a place no super-human willpower energy or medium is necessary to burn as much calories as possible. Do not stick yourself to unrealistic demanding `Diet` or any such exercise programmed availability. The fat you lose and the body you gain does not depend on the amount of work you put in. It's called 'igniting your fat burning furnace'.

Dependability on Pills : please! Do not be extra dependable over consuming `Pills` or other such medicines as they all have side effects in the later stage of life. Avoidance of `Pills` since childhood improves the metabolism structure of the stomach as many are extremely vulnerable to taking pills every now and then and indeed! Making there metabolism strong enough to fight the disease or bacteria of the stomach that cause `Obesity` and bulge formation.

Do not be Ill/Sick : One of the reason for having acute trouble in reducing `Extra Weight` from your body is to be constantly `Sisk` or being Ill enough to perform activities or to have a normal living conditions without the presence of any unwanted diseases contracted there in. If there is `Fever` or any other perennial disease inside the body it makes the body lethargy and secretes drowsiness making an individual to exercise or to accept other mediums of `Losing Weight`! do not constantly deprive yourself from working hard unless you are `Sick` enough to complete the work o time.
